- Introduction to Landlords or Landlords representatives
- Summary sheet of properties for client clarification and review

Step #3 ANALYSIS OF PROPOSALS:

- Request of proposals from those properties of greatest
interest
- Formatting of proposals to prepare for analysis and client review
- Analysis of proposals using computer software to determine best bottom line deal

Step #4 NEGOTIATION OF TERMS AND PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS:

- Negotiation with landlords to arrive at the best terms for the client
- Coordination of the preparation of final lease documents
- Assistance in the review of the non-legal items of the lease document

Step #5 PREPARATION OF PREMISES:

- Monitoring of construction of space to clients specifications
- Final review of space upon tenant occupancy and resolution of incomplete work
- Commitment to client satisfaction throughout the term of the lease
