Specialization only in Office Space to Serve Office Clients Better
OFFICE PROPERTIES was formed with the sole purpose of specializing in the brokerage of office space. Many commercial real estate brokers work multiple fields such as land, retail, industrial and investment brokerage. Charlotte's market is too large for a broker to be proficient in every field. By specializing in just one field, OFFICE PROPERTIES best serves its clients by completely understanding what office space is available and what types of deals are being negotiated.
